All software licenses bought on this site are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sales are final.

Physical Items Return Policy
A 30-day return window applies to tangible products from the purchase date. Items must remain unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email support@inorganic.audio. We will provide return shipping instructions only after approval. Unsolicited packages will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and report any issues promptly to support@inorganic.audio for evaluation and resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Exceptions include:

- Customized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest approach for exchanges involves returning the original item, awaiting acceptance, then placing a separate purchase for the replacement.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
European Union customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days without justification, provided items meet the standard condition requirements.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Additional processing time by your financial institution may apply.
